Jd 535 baler
A friend has a JD 535 round baler and we're having some troubles with it. It runs fine with the door down but when we open the gate the left three belts over lap one another at the belt tensioner on top. Waiting for a book on it to come in. They have swapped belts from a JD 430 baler to the 535 baler. So, belt lenght sizes are unknown at this time.

Oct 4, 2018 · Took another look at it today. First, the net wrap V belt at the back of the baler. The manual says to unlock the knife and pull back on it to put tension on the belt. This should put knife 10mm rearwards of this plate. and here's a picture of mine, tough to tell in the picture but it's forward of the metal plate.
