How to put skins in osu

Feb 28, 2021 · To install osu! skins, you need to open the .osk file you downloaded and extract the files to the osu! skins folder. The default location for this folder is C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\osu!\Skins. Once the files are extracted, open the game and select the skin from the options menu.

If the zip file contains a folder for the skin, it's easier to drag the folder into your skin folder. Like sheela901 said, you can change the extension from .zip to .osk (because .osk are actually like a .zip), or you can open the .zi, extract it on a folder and then move the folder to "Skins".
