Push down the striker block, then push the striker tail forward about 1/8 of an inch. This will expose the striker pin by pushing it out the front of the breach, and you will be able to see the beveled pin facing the top of the slide. Primarily, the safety protrudes over the "stepped" pin that is mentioned in the videos that show how to install a flat trigger. I suggest you watch the videos that are available for the non-safety version and you will see there isn't any difference in the procedure.
