Difference between p365 and p365x

Well I own the P365XL, the P365 XL Spectre Comp, and the P365X Macro and have put thru about 3000 rounds on the XL, about 1000 rounds on the Spectre Comp, and about 2000 on the Macro, and there is a pretty noticeable difference between the regular P365XL and the other two in felt recoil.

My experience is noticeable reduction in felt recoil with the comp'd slide of the P365x Macro vs. P365xl. I don't perceive a difference in sound when firing.
