I'll say professionally, all the therapists they work with are going to give the very best care they can give their clients. It would be unethical for the therapist not to offer the best treatment they can. Whenever I google around I'm seeing things claiming that BetterHelp is $40-70 per session, which is only a little more than what I'd pay with insurance for a regular therapist.
